About the Book Questions about the world and our role in it, the restrictions and liberties imposed by Islam on Muslims, our responsibilities, and what is expected of us come up frequently in our daily lives. Every one of us occasionally queries, "What is the religious ruling on this?" We make reference to the explicit commands in the Qur'an, the Sunnah, which is a form of practice of these commands, and the jurisprudence of the scholars as we go about living our lives. Our surroundings, our life, and the circumstances we live in, however, are always changing. People require answers to the questions that come to mind while considering the advancements that have developed over time. In terms of subject diversity, the book appeals to both adults and children as it addresses both contemporary concerns and traditional fiqh issues one by one such as “Is it okay to receive severance pay or bank promotions? Do paint, jelly, and lenses in the eyes hinder wudu and ghusl? Can you perform mash while wearing compression stockings? The ideas and ijtihads of other madhabs are occasionally included in the Fatwas, which is based on the Hanafi Madhab. The book considers the difficult circumstances, customs, and traditions in addition to the sources while forming ijtihads. The book provides ijtihads on every aspect of personal and social life and covers topics of ilmihal (a concise manual of Islamic faith, worship, and ethics) in addition to general fiqh issues. The book, which was written with the help of members of the Religious Affairs High Council of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Council experts, and assistant experts, offers the reader the chance to look at all of the issues that come to mind while making it as easy as possible for them to do so.
